I chose to write an article about this band due to the unprecedented way in which they chose to write their music. They have turned heads in Canadian artistic circles in their first year of exsistance; unlike the American music industry, the success of a Canadian musician does not depend on how many singles he charts or how many records he sells, but rather his overall output and contribution to music making in Canada. The independant music scene in Canada is fervent, and more and more Canadians are choosing independant over mainstream media each day.--Cristina ma (talk) 21:27, 13 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
