Adult Swim edit

Just saw an ad for it on Adult Swim, the American late night block called Adult Swim. Someone should add to that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 166.66.116.181 (talk) 03:14, 26 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Noted. Anyone know if Adult Swim publish schedules more than a week in advance so we can check final air date? OrangeDog (talkedits) 03:38, 26 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Adult Swim tends to have a very dynamic schedule that seemingly changes on a whim. They aren't as... professional as most television segments. Keep in mind, these are the people who got in trouble for accidently sending the city of Boston into a bomb scare with light-brite technology. Anyways, it's not unusual for them to buy up a series and stop playing it after a month. On the other hand, they played Futurama for nearly 3 or 4 years. It'd be best to just make a general statement for the time being and see if the series lasts more then a month. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 166.66.116.181 (talk) 05:02, 27 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Image copyright problem with Image:The mighty boosh nme take over.jpg edit

The image Image:The mighty boosh nme take over.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Confusing or unclear edit

Is this written backwards, or did someone do an extensive edit without reviewing the article before saving? In the intro, we are bombarded with information about "Barratt" like we're supposed to know who that is; only the infobox explains that you're talking about Julian Barratt. The second section bandies the names of "Howard" and "Vince" like we're supposed to already know who they are; it's not until the third section that it's explained that we're talking about Barratt and co-creator Noel Fielding. Can we please write this article for people who don't already know what the subject is about? Or do I have to post a rewrite template? 71.200.140.35 (talk) 04:11, 15 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Is that better? –OrangeDog (talkedits) 16:24, 15 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

What do they do, did they disband? edit

Is there any information that can be sourced saying what they do in 2009? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.71.100.227 (talk) 17:15, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

The Mighty Boosh has details. Mostly they've been on tour and panel shows. OrangeDog (talk • edits) 17:27, 10 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Old Gregg edit

I get it that he deserves a link on the main article, but apart from a deleted scene he is not "recurring" in the TV series. Is one deleted scene excuse enough to keep him on the list...? Bernatel (talk) 11:18, 24 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

cruft reduction edit

I believe it's now safe to say the series is not merely "on hiatus" but actually defunct.

Seeing as there are TWO ludicrously extensive List pages bloated up with dewy-eyed fanboy mini-articles, I question whether any deep description or listing deserves to remain in this article. In any case, it's at very least pointless to have EVERY character linked (each via its own Redirect page, yet!) to the top of one List or the other — typical lazy fancruft. As I am an anti-lister, I'm simply going to delink these rather than link to each entry.

Besides, the character list was swiped (uncredited) from somewhere, or it's Original Research, either of which ought to be immediately deleted under W'pedia standards, yeh?

Most of the Format section is fanboy essay. Again: source it or it's deletable.

And History has no sources whatever, so three reasons to delete.
