Transmission dates edit

The transmission dates given here are at variance with those shown on the IMDb's list. These ones are correct: there was a two-week gap between episodes 3 and 4 because of the BBC's coverage of the 1984 Winter Olympics, which opened on 8 February 1984. Chris 42 17:41, 20 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

The reported broadcast of "5 April 1984" seems wrong. BBC1 was off the air the whole day due to industrial action. If you look at Top of the Pops entry, you will see reference to this. Also see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W5WZRWqjJ0Q at 4:10. I have removed the reference to 5 April 1984, unless someone can prove otherwise? 91.85.177.45 (talk) 12:35, 23 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

With regard to recent edits, please note that the above is the correct on-screen title of the first episode. It is listed as "The Furnaces of the Earth" on the DVD cover by mistake. (This is noted in the Merchandise section.) Chris 42 (talk) 13:41, 14 December 2007 (UTC)Reply
