Paintings

edit

I'm not so sure, unless there's been some outside verification, that it can be so definitively stated that the paintings are what the entry alleges they are. The painting of a man with a smoking gun could be either Alejandro or Mohinder (it looks more like Mohinder). The painting of a woman pounding on a wall is not, in my opinion, obviously meant to be Nikki/Jessica. I think these lines should be edited to remove this certainty.Thebookpolice 18:58, 30 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Judging by the curly/messy hairstyle, the man with the gun is Mohinder, not Alejandro, with a plaster of some sort over his nose. The woman banging on the vertical surface (I think it's a window, not a wall or a door, judging by the bars and the apparent reflection in it) is probably Niki, but I agree it's not certain. I'm not aware if it's been confirmed elsewhere or not either, but I'll go ahead and insert uncertain words in the article anyway.
On a similar note, the man fighting Hiro is definitely wearing similar clothes to Kensei, but has brown hair rather than Takezo's blond hair. This is probably not worth noting, as I think it's pretty clear that it's meant to be Takezo. Call it artistic licence... Crispy 01:07, 31 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
OK, done. While I was at it, I went through that scene carefully, armed with my pause button, and noted down some additional details, like more information on Peter's painting. We only get a tiny glimpse of the latter, but it's the most interesting of the lot, in my opinion! Crispy 01:22, 31 October 2007 (UTC)Reply
I've changed it to say "a man firing a gun." Please don't change to specify anyone until there's some form of confirmation. Josh (talk | contribs) 22:51, 31 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

I don't want to cast doubt on picture 6. But the person in blue garb looks more like Tek Jansen than Hiro.  ;) --Meadowbrook 04:30, 3 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Random Stuff

Do you guys think it's worth mentioning that Ivan said he was "a regional manager of sales, like [Noah Bennet] at the paper company?" It seems like an obvious reference to Michael Scott in The Office, and i think it would be good to put that in the notes section at the bottom Sai the Explorer 20:14, 2 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

No, that would be original research. Josh (talk | contribs) 01:49, 3 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

The cheerleader Debbie is writing the number '137' in another girl's face, just before speaking with Claire. Does this have anything to do with the strain #138 of Shanti virus? I don't think that it's a coincidence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.14.36.82 (talk) 10:04, 27 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I think that that question is like using Wikipedia as a forum. THE KC (talk) 01:54, 15 March 2008 (UTC).Reply
I think Debbie was mocking the girl for her weight—presumably 137 pounds. --BDD (talk) 01:20, 24 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

The LineThe Line (Heroes) – This episode doesn't appear to meet WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. The other uses of "The Line" happen to all be listed at Line#Arts. One of those is a song without its own article, so this page needs to be compared against The Line (film) and The Line (TV series). This page had the most views of the three last month, but only with 931 views. The others received 182 and 805, respectively. So it's not "more likely than all the other topics combined" to be sought. And there's little reason to believe this single episode will have more "long-term significance" than a film or a whole series. After cleaning up incoming links, this title should redirect to the dab Line. BDD (talk) 01:30, 24 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
