Major goof edit

In a short scene preceding the one with the butler discovering the body we see that someone switches the light off behind a window. (That's the surprised killer having to leave for the second time, because he has just been watching a still alive Coe opening his window on the opposite side, as we later will learn.) Then there's a pan shot to Coe's window, behind which a shot is fired. (That's the unfortunate Brisbane "shooting" the now already dead Coe.) Problem: When we hear the shot, Coe's window is locked and the shade is drawn!
