This is offered in the article without comment, but the point is that, under the rigorous cinematic apatheid in effect, he had to be. - That is an interesting point. However, it should be noted that very few race films had white characters, which makes Mr. Chenault's casting unusual. Ecoleetage (talk) 00:50, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
