Not sure why I need to explain here, but, basically, this article's crammed with POV. In fact, it seems there's more POV here than there is article. BillyH 17:14, 5 October 2005 (UTC)

As a fan of The Herbs, I have reworked the article and tried to remove all the POV. I don't know if the previous contributor was having a laugh, or whether (s)he genuinely didn't understand the difference between writing an encyclopedia and a piece of advertising :) --Portnadler 15:49, 16 November 2005 (UTC)

Incorrect number of episodes

There were more than 12 episodes, although I don't know exactly how many. Parsley's Birthday Party isn't listed here, for example. Psychonaut3000 20:24, 26 June 2006 (UTC)

There were in fact thirteen, which was the standard for all Watch With Mother shows. The Birthday Party is indeed missing from the list.

"Parsley's Birthday Party" wasn't broadcast during the progeamme's first run (See Genome, http://genome.ch.bbc.co.uk/schedules/bbcone/london/1968-05-06#at-10.45 , showing that the programme broadcast on the date given was an episode of Andy Pandy.) Only 11 programmes were broadcast during the second run (see Genome 1968-07-04 to 1968-09-12), any of which could have been the programme in question.

Perhaps the first broadcast of this programme can be found in BBC paperwork from the period, should it survive. Anyone with access? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.168.81.100 (talk) 15:34, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

The illusion of reaction

Here, programme makers are suggested to have modified a television series in response to the reception of earlier episodes: "The evil Belladonna actually only ever appeared once in the series; she was considered by the BBC to be too frightening for children, and so her first appearance would also be her last." I think you mean Dill used to chase his tail, not change it. I certainly remember him chasing it. I shall leave it to someone else to change it. Dommar 30 June 2006 (UTC)

This programme was broadcast after 1968

This programme must have been broadcast after 1968. I remember watching it - and I was only born in 1967! ACEOREVIVED (talk) 16:36, 8 February 2012 (UTC)
