Flea
editI am removing the reference to Michael Balzary, a/k/a Flea, because R. Anthony Lee, a/k/a Flea, is a different Flea. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vandemark (talk • contribs) 21:47, 19 May 2013 (UTC)
Critical reception vs. retrospective reception
editAll of the remarks from the "Reception" section of this article were written 40 or more years after the album's release. What were critics saying when the record came out? How was this music received in the context of the time and culture in which it was made? Morganfitzp (talk) 12:19, 16 August 2017 (UTC)
- Good point. I clarified in the article. Contemporary reviews of it are hard to find, especially of Fahey's early work.Airproofing (talk) 20:18, 16 August 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks. It's a trend I've noticed on Wikipedia music articles. A lot of their "reception" sections read as if Pitchfork and AllMusic existed in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. Morganfitzp (talk)
