Results Table Colours edit

I have noticed that the colours for the results table has been changed twice by the same editor. I think we need to discuss on here before any further changes are made to the page. The colours that are used on the results table are continually used throughout all the the series page to keep them looking consistent. If we think that the table colours/layout needs to be altered, I think we should discuss before it turns into an editing war. The Doctor ALL 13!! 06:35, 2 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Request to remove subjective critique from the article edit

I'm sorry if I'm doing this wrong, but this sentence is an opinion, and shouldn't be in Wikipedia: "During the broadcast, Ryan's pie was identified as a key lime pie. However, it was made with ordinary limes rather than key limes, and thus was not a key lime pie. Moreover, the pies described as American-style were actually tarts. American pies are baked in a smooth, slant sides pie pan, not the fluted tart pans that were used."

Firstly, Wikipedia is not for correcting mistakes in tv shows. It doesn't matter whether something mentioned in a show is what it is said to be or not. Put that information on Key lime pie page.

Secondly, I haven't been able to find any verification to that for a pie to be a pie it has to be baked in a specific dish, USUALLY a pie is baked in a pie tin referred to here, but not always. It can have a bottom crust, a top crust, or both. It is usually served in the dish, but I have seen pies being served without the tin, and still being called pies. In fact, most people agree on that the definition of what is a pie and what is a tart is not definite. Moreover, there are a lot of images of pies in American sites baked in "fluted tart pans" aka pie dish as they are called here in Europe. Some of these dishes have straight edge, some sloping. ketutar (talk) 08:04, 27 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Major disconnect edit

Something is totally out of synch. Episode 5 was Pies, and because of Ryan having an accident, no one was eliminated. But the table shows Manisha being eliminated and she was eliminated in Episode 4. I don't know if someone has access to the episodes, but the table and episode sections will need correction with the proper information.

You seem to be confusing bakers' names. It was John who was injured when he cut his finger on the blade of a food processor while making streudel in episode 6. That was the episode where there was no elimination, followed by two the next week. The original table was correct, and I have reverted your erroneous changes. ----Dr.Margi 03:42, 3 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
