GA Review edit

This is pretty decent article! I'd say it's well on it's way to GA status, and I only have a few suggestions to get it over the hump:

  • The lead needs to be expanded quite a bit. Per WP:Lead, it should summarize the major points of the entire article.
  • The first image needs a Fair-Use rationale. The second image (of the music video should be of a lower resolution (ideally under 300x300 px).
  • The citations also need a bit of work. Namely, the publisher values shouldn't have external links. Instead, the proper name of the publisher should be used, wikilinked wherever possible. So citation #1 should use "NME" not "http://www.nme.com".
  • The cover art section seem unneccessary, mainly since it's so small. I'd recommend moving it to the Critical reception section, since it's pretty much the same thing.
  • Speaking of the Critical reception section, it breaks up into a bunch of fragmented one-sentence paragraphs. Overall the section needs a bit of a polish language-wise. Combining all the one-sentence paragraphs would be a good start.
  • All of the reviews are positive, so it would be good to add at least one negative review, to balance things out and avoid being POV.
  • The one-sentence paragraph in the Music video section also needs to be fixed.
  • An External links section of some sort would be good.

And that's it! So, I've put the article's nomination on hold, a process which lasts 7 days, at which point I'll have to either pass or fail the article. Feel free to drop me a line when you feel you've addressed my concerns. Drewcifer (talk) 23:08, 16 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Cool, looks good. I unstruck all of my comments, for posterity's sake. Excellent work! Drewcifer (talk) 20:32, 17 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
