Regarding writing plot sections in Wikipedia articles

edit

Is it moral to write a plot section for a movie 3 weeks before its release due to it being leaked online? AranaeHere (talk) 21:10, 4 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Positive Reviews

edit

They didn’t received negative reviews when I saw the TV spot they’re received positive reviews. 142.118.144.147 (talk) 11:51, 24 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

All TV spots only ever show the positive reviews; showing negative reviews would contradict trying to get people to go see the film. Just because we don't see them in promotional media doesn't mean they don't exist. SuperWikiBrother (talk) 13:02, 24 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

The Garfield Movie reached number one last weekend on its second week. https://www.cartoonbrew.com/box-office-report/the-garfield-movie-is-the-no-1-movie-in-the-united-states-241369.html 71.81.37.38 (talk) 19:59, 8 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

This is a common post-release marketing term used by several films such as The Super Mario Bros. Movie. It doesn't actually mean anything aside from "it's a success". SuperWikiBrother (talk) 17:02, 10 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

What the heck happened!?

edit

It looks like someone tried to edit the last sentence of the summary and had accidentally deleted the "Plot" heading, resulting in a jumbled mess. 97.114.50.94 (talk) 09:23, 12 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

The issue has been fixed, it was the result of a comment not being closed properly and thus hiding the "Plot" heading along with a large chunk of one of the top paragraphs. Thank you for pointing this out. SuperWikiBrother (talk) 10:03, 12 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
