Looks interesting, I will take this. Posting my comments in a week. Cheers, Sainsf (knock knock · am I there?) 22:27, 25 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Really sorry for the delay, got some work. So here are all my comments: Sainsf · (How ya doin'?) 06:21, 2 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

General
  • No copyvio, duplink, dablink and external link issues
  • Why is there no infobox as in most GAs (say Acquainted with the Night (book) for example)
  • Also, I would like the article structure to be like the above mentioned GA for example. I especially would like the section titles altered, and the background and content described in the first 3 sections to be summarized much more and distributed into two proper sections. "Structure of the book" section should probably be higher up. Also no Publication details?
Prose and coverage
  • No comma in Canadian writer, Silver Donald Cameron
  • As its title suggests... Not sure I get the information in this line from the title. Also Everett Richardson should be mentioned in this line.
  • the clergy,The Chronicle Herald, space
  • "this is not a story of the fishermen There are no closing quotes
  • Cameron points out that, in Nova Scotia Specify that he specifies this in the book. Else it sounds a bit like discussion on the book and not the content
  • Link trawlerman (first mention in main text)
  • Expand UFAWU on first mention in main text
  • I think I will review the middle 2 sections after some much-needed summarization is done.
  • If a set of consecutive lines is supported by one ref then put the ref at the end of the last line, no need for it to be after every line
  • Another interlude, entitled "Country Cunning and Unofficial Life"... if ref 2 is the source put it at the end of the line before the one which starts the quote.

Failing due to inactivity since a week (and nominator is also away since 20 April). Sainsf · (How ya doin'?) 00:52, 11 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
