The Dybbuk: An opera in Yiddish---- Copyright issue

I am the composer and librettist of The Dybbuk:An Opera in Yiddish. I hold the copyright to the score and libretto of this opera, and my Copyright is on file with the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress.

I assigned the copyright for the DVD to Rachel Michaeli, who directed the Israel premiere of my opera, and who also directed the video of a live performance. Thus Rachel Michaeli holds the copyright to the PRODUCTION captured on the DVD, which I assigned to her based on her incredibly hard work in implementing the production. I continue to hold the Copyright on the UNDERLYING WORK BEING PRODUCED, but Rachel Michaeli has my full permission to publish, advertise, and promote the opera in any medium, as well as to profit from sales of the DVD.

The statements Rachel Michaeli has transferred from the Docuwriting Website to Wikipedia are entirely correct, and her posting to Wikipedia has my full permission.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept previously published text here unless it has been explicitly published under a compatible license, i.e. Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike.
