As the articel notes, the site asserts a copyright on the contents. But given that darwin died more than 120 years ago, and most of he works were published during his lifetime, it is hard for me to see how any of this can be copyrighted under either US or UK copyright law. Can anyone find a reliable source that discusses such claims and how valid or othrwise they might be? My personal view, while not uneducated, is non-expert, and would be OR even if I waere an IP lawyer. DES(talk) 20:00, 19 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
