This article should not be speedy deleted as being about a person, animal, organization or web content but which fails to assert the importance of its subject, because... (it is a cited human rights group on various issues. The reason I added it (I know almost nothing about the group to be honest) was that I was citing it for a report on an incident in Laos [1] and wanted to link it, but noticed the organisation didn't have a wiki page. They seem like quite an important human rights group to me, which was why I thought I'd add them) --Mattun0211 (talk) 07:47, 24 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

This article feels like a promotional piece. The information seems to have been compiled from press releases. There's no clear history of the Center, or explanation of what it is or who works there. A lot of the text is devoted to promoting its issues instead of simply describing what it does. Many of the source that I checked don't support the claims made. If I had the time or inclination to work on this obscure group, I'd find a few good sources and rewrite the article based on those. Until someone overhauls it, it's not an example of Wikipedia's best work. Mobi Ditch (talk) 22:48, 2 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
I've started by cutting out parts that didn't seem directly related to The Center for Public Policy Analysis, one whole repetitive section, and info solely sourced to PR websites. I'll try to come back and work on it some more later. Mobi Ditch (talk) 23:28, 20 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
