I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. Categorization of the group as prog

After reading I would question the description of the group as progressive rock. I recall them being mostly pop/rock with a folk influence. Progressive rock summons thoughts of ELP, Yes, Hawkwind, etc. Should this be changed? Thoughts?THX1136 (talk) 16:01, 20 August 2013 (UTC)
