Both dates are given, but I think 1899 is more likely correct, because that was when Bobrikov's tenure as governor-general started. In addition, Russian rule in Finland started after War of Finland, not Great Northern War. 62.44.202.10 (talk) 12:26, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
