Continents

i was wondering if north america (including caribbean and central america) and south america is counted as 2 continents, or only as America?.. because they visited countries in south america, central america, the caribbean and north america, but in the latest commercial they say 1 CONTINENT. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gonzalochileno (talk • contribs) 01:59, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

Spelling?

Is the title meant to have an "en" in it or is it meant to be "on"? MWOAP (talk) 02:06, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

The show is in Spanish, so the 'en' is correct as the aired title. Radagast (talk) 15:02, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

Detour penalty?

A note about Leg 6 states 'Casilda & Casilda arrived 2nd, but received 1-hour penalty for doing the option not chosen by them on the Detour.' Is this a rule change for this edition, or was it a special stipulation for that leg? All other editions of the show allow switching between Detour tasks with impunity. Casilda & Casilda chose one option and they arrived to the wrong location, so they decided to do the other option, that's why they received the penalty, it is a rule only on the latin american version of the race Gonzalochileno (talk) 23:36, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

International broadcasting

Has TAR en Discovery Channel ever been broadcasted in Brasil? If so, were there subtitles in Portuguese? --SimoneMLK (talk) 23:35, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

It was broadcasted in Brazil under the name of The Amazing Race no Discovery Channel and it had portuguese subtitles --Gonzalochileno (talk) 23:33, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
