variations

I went back to the version with the section about Pineapple fried rice. My reasoning is this: although we can agree that there are literally countless variations on the recipe, pineapple fried rice is big enough of a variation that I think it deserves its own section. In Thailand, if you ever have traveled there, fried rice and pineapple fried rice will be listed as two totally separate dishes; it isn't really like "fried rice with pineapple," it's "pineapple fried rice." Thai fried rice → Khao phat – People think American fried rice refers to fried rice dishes of the US. If we move Thai fried rice to Khao phat and American fried rice to khao phat amerikan, it may be easier to avoid the misunderstanding. Thanks, Potapt, for restoring the article, which had been blanked/hijacked in IP vandalism from 2019.
