The whole section about the history and business model of the software reads like it's been lifted from a promotional brochure written for the Arts sector. It makes several unattributed claims about the user community and the point-of-view seems to be strong advocacy for the use of the system.
Aside from that, this entire article's notability hinges on a single, secondary source.
Yes, I've been rather conscious of the fact that there wasn't much source for the article, ever since I did some work tidying it up But I think I've found some, finally. I don't agree that the para that you refer to reads like it's been lifted from a PR brochure, though. When I put that together, I was trying to make a statement about what is interesting and notable about the way this org works, as opposed to most, if not all other software-producing organisations. Sadly, the website which I could have used as a source for the other cite-needed statements (and which I relied on when putting them together) no longer seems to exist, which is a pity, because it was a good source for info on ticketing systems in general.
