Cooperation with Pakistan edit

this article is a mess edit

It give no background or summary of the topic, just a long list of incidents, a good example of you can't see the woods for the trees. We need to format it and add summary to put all that info in context. Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.172.106.94 30 November 2017 (UTC)
