Does anyone know if the third ova series was ever released in America?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.113.246.218 (talkcontribs) 05:17, June 7, 2006

  • Yes Funimation released the first volume last July and the Second volume is going to released this upcoming September and the final volume will be released in November. If you need to look for the image of the 1st volume you should check out Amazon.com. It was released under Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki. -Adv193 12:40, 7 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Does anyone know if the the special episode 20 for the OVA Tenchi Muyo series is avialabe for download anywhere? I can't find it on sale, up for download, or whether it even exists except for what this website says.

FUNimation has licensed that episode and it will be in their DVD release. The third volume (in November, as Adv noted) will have that episode. --EmperorBrandon 00:19, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Actually just recently both Amazon.com and rightstuf.com are both saying October 17th for Vol. 2's release date so I don't know if it is truly going to be a delay since FUNimation's official website still say September for Vol. 2 -Adv193 00:54, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
DVD Pacific says that too, so I was wondering. FUNi may have delayed them a little further. --EmperorBrandon 01:10, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
Yeah maybe, I will be glad when I find out when any site or than Funimation displays the release date for Vol. 3 until then I'll just wait and keep checking frequently as I had done before. -Adv193 01:33, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
The "Plus One" episode was fansubbed in Czech by "mJezdec." Although fansubs do exist in English for the first 6 episodes of the 3rd OAV, I have not seen any English fansubs of the 7th episode. This is almost certainly because the license was purchased and the episodes will be commercially available later this year. As to specific dates, well, of course there are always delays. d^_^b [rant] It has always frustrated me, if a bunch of Otaku can get together and subtitle something and have it torrented or on IRC hours after it airs, why can't a commercial entity do the same? Oh wait, nevermind, big companies refuse to embrace modern technology and cutting-edge distribution, preferring slow, old-fashioned channels. [/rant] 67.40.116.213 23:20, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

The spacing DOES work... but I would like to see the type in bold face as well. I'll hold up until I hear any comments. BiggKwell 21:49, 19 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Animtion styles

edit

Someone should make mention to the changes in animation technique between the first two OVAs and the third one.

I would do it myself but I don't have a lot of knowledge about the names of animation styles. All I know is that I liked the less digital look of the first two better than the computer rendered look of the third.(Cappuccino Joe 23:18, 23 March 2007 (UTC))Reply

I'm not sure there are names for the difference in the animation style other than Time itself. If you have verifiable resources you could make note of the differences in the reception area. These resources have to make wiki's standards though so it may not be possible. ButterflyNebula (talk) 18:27, 27 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

Masaki

edit

I was searching for the meaning of "masaki" because its a common name in animes or mangas so i was wondering if theres a chance someone could explain it in the article or whatever. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.232.36.225 (talk) 11:53, 27 April 2007 (UTC).Reply

Episode Guide/Listing

edit

Hey there everyone, I was thinking that maybe this page should have an episode list, like Steven Universe, Sailor Moon, (or really any other series tends to have). This is especially important for Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki because the OVAs are literally decades apart and thus very hard to follow. I'm relatively new to editing/creating article on wiki however and am looking for help on how to go about this. ButterflyNebula (talk) 18:21, 27 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

It's already there: List of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki episodes but perhaps it should be better linked besides being in the infobox. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 20:09, 27 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
