In need of updates

I've just updated the table of broadcasters at the front

Removed the HD column as they're all HD
Removed former names
Intro reflects they're mostly all IP integrated
Added YouView as it's distinctly marketed to TalkTalk/BT/Freeview
Removed Smallworld as it's merged with Virgin and already in the former broadcasters section

Changes needed to

Update households
Propose we remove all pricing information as it gets outdated quickly
Propose we combine all the Internet or IP platforms into another section
Remove anything that looks like it's been added for marketing, looks like the SkyQ blurb was added by Sky or their agents, that should probably all go
Remove digital switchover charts etc
Update TV licensing summary
Simplify anything that's too wordy, as most of the content is covered by dedicated pages so we don't need to duplicate everything here, just link to it if it's relevant
Viewing stats - is this useful/relevant? Gets outdated quickly and it's difficult to summarise
