editThis isn't a great article, but he is a legitimate artist as you can see from the sources in the article itself. I removed the deletion proposal, but I haven't edited the content, because I don't have the time to get into it right now, but IMO, what's here is a good start and reasonably accurate, from what I have read about him. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.143.155.9 (talk • contribs) 2006-08-18
I've just edited the article based on a [in the International Herald Tribune] which contradicted several (unsourced) statements in this article. The Artwork section still needs additional sources. AdamBradley (talk) 22:19, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
Hsieh is definitely a notable artist: I saw a record of his 1980/1981 One-Year Performance at Guggenheim New York today. – Kaihsu (talk) 03:33, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
I also think there is extensive evidence that Hsieh is a notable artist. He has had many prominent exhibitions and has influenced the performance art field immensely. Brw12 (talk) 13:25, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
