On August 26, 2019, the company announced plans to separate its construction and engineering operations from technology-focused supply to oil and gas companies, creating two independent publicly traded companies, RemainCo and SpinCo, the spin-off is estimated to be completed by the first half of 2020.

Done Although this is a primary source, we have no reason not to believe its accuracy. Plus the prior number had no citation at all. Ddjanna (talk) 09:59, 16 June 2023 (UTC)Reply

First two numbers listed on page 25 of pdf (operating income taken from Operating profit (loss), as reported (pre-tax)): https://www.technipfmc.com/media/lrhl3pbx/technipfmc-2022-12-31-8k-er-exhibit-final-2-23-22.pdf

Net income comes from page 14, line Income (loss) from continuing operations attributable to TechnipFMC plc on same pdf as linked above; excludes line Income (loss) from discontinued operations since that is significantly driven by spin off of Technip Energies 108.87.95.88 (talk) 20:09, 20 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
