Etymology edit

The meaning of the name Taylor is "tailor", not "to cut", which is the origin of the common noun tailor (actually it comes from the Old French for "cutter", the Latin "to cut" bit may be the origin of the word but isn't the actual meaning. Samatarou (talk) 00:07, 23 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
