I suspect a more proper name for this article would be "Taxation in the Republic of China (Taiwan)" seeing as that is how the government of Taiwan officially refers to itself.[1] I guess I will leave it as is for the time being. Anybody have any thoughts? Webbyj (talk) 00:04, 26 January 2012 (UTC)

Taxation in the Republic of China → Taxation in Taiwan – Articles on Wikipedia now generally use the name Taiwan so I therefore propose to rename this article to Taxation in Taiwan to fit in with other articles on Taiwan.C. 22468 Talk to me 22:02, 3 August 2012 (UTC)

- Support If we had to use official names on derivative topics of national governments, we'd have titles like Taxation in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Taxation in the Republic of South Africa.
