Land Valuation Tax edit

Untitled edit

Will someone please insert LVT into this article. Then the section it can be linked to from the Land Value Tax article.188.222.174.87 (talk) 22:05, 11 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

My Dansk is not very good, but I will try. The Danish ejendomsskat is what I think you are referring to, and it includes an LVT. It also :includes a property value tax and some usage considerations, so it's unfortunately not an example of a non-distorting LVT. Mitchel Rodwell (talk) 23:01, 19 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Are the values per month or per year? edit

It would be nice to clarify if the income is yearly or monthly. Seems to make sense to be monthly, but it would be nice to make it clear on the page.Jorgecarleitao (talk) 16:13, 6 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Changes in the 20th and 21st Centuries - stubjective statement edit

"According to the World Happiness Report,[7] Denmark ranks among the top two in terms of happiness, indicating a general contentedness with the state's welfare state and the benefits provided. The World Happiness Report also states that happiness is correlated to social equality"

It looks like very subjective opinion, especially if we consider that according to World Happiness Report high taxes are strong contributor to "happiness" ("social support" part of it). So the statement refers to the source that is based on the statement - it proves itself in endless loop. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yesan (talkcontribs) 14:54, 16 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
