Railway edit

Removed railway reference from the history section. The Thazi railway is not close to Taunggyi at all, and when Taunggyi was founded, the railway wasn't there.

I'm not sure Taunggyi is the forth city of Burma. I think cities as Sagaing, Panthein and Pegu are bigger. --87.4.178.250 13:25, 8 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes, Population in Pegu maybe larger than Taunggyi. But infrastructure , modernization taunggyi is more ahead than Sagaing, Panthein and Pegu, only behind Yangon and Mandalay.
