Perhaps create a section devoted to the production of tartrazine (i.e. what it is derived from). There is a very common claim about tartrazine being derived from coal tar, though I have yet to find information from credible sources on this.--ΣΨΦ (talk) 05:30, 19 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
