I read the Indianapolis Star article almost immediately after it was posted on the Star's website. There has been no official announcement of Glenn's retirement; only hearsay and rumors. Until he files retirement papers with the NFL, he cannot be said to have retired. Kurt Weber18:51, 21 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
Thats not necessarily true because before Roaf filed the papers, Willie Roaf said he was "solid" on retirement to the Chiefs owner. Carl Peterson was trying to talk him out of it, but ESPN announced he retired. However I understand what you are saying and I'll wait untill I see the NFL or ESPN stats that he retires. Thanks --Phbasketball619:51, 21 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
It's not really an encyclopedia's job to beat other sources to the scoop. Furthermore, neither Glenn nor his agent have, to my knowledge, stated publicly that he is actually intent on retiring--just unnamed "sources close to Indianapolis Colts left tackle Tarik Glenn".
