The current photo in Tana's infobox is a blurry, unflattering, and unprofessional (in a literal, non-derogatory sense) photo that seems to be captured from a video. The photo is also approaching 5 years of age, and thus it seems that, given all of these reasons, it would be appropriate for it to be updated.
