STOP ADDING THAT INFOBOX, WHO SAID THAT HE WILL TAKE OFFICE IN JULY 2013? ANY PRIME MINISTER INFOBOXES SHOULD BE ADDED WHEN HE OFFICIALLY BECOMES PRIME MINISTER AFTER RECEIVING CONFIDENCE FROM THE PARLIAMENT, ACCORDING TO THE LEBANESE CONSTITUTION. Is it enough to say he's a Muslim, or should we specify he's a Sunni? Abdullah II of Jordan is specific, as is Bashar al-Assad. Najib Mikati and Fouad Siniora are Sunni, but Saad Hariri is plain Muslim. I think it's clearer to specify, as this article did until yesterday. @Egeymi: thinks differently, and I wonder why. I wonder what others think, too. InedibleHulk(talk) 17:31, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
The article was created by me and the slot in the infobox indicated only his religion until you changed it. So please give the correct info about the history of the article. In the main body it is stated that his family is Sunni. So the article is or has been clear about his sect. --Egeymi (talk) 18:29, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
This is the only edit I made here, before reverting your removal of "Sunni". The infobox included that bit since April 5, 2014. If the body is clear about his sect, and the infobox is meant to summarize the body, mentioning his sect there seems the clearest thing to do. InedibleHulk(talk) 19:35, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
FYI. the first sentence of the section early life and education reads Salam was born into a prominent Sunni family in Beirut on 13 May 1945. --Egeymi (talk) 18:31, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
One more, the slot name reads Religion, not Sect. I don't think this slot should include sect name. Thanks for your explanation.--Egeymi (talk) 20:27, 29 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
