I've WP:BOLDLY moved this article from its previous name Winter Salon ice rink, which I believe was based on a misunderstanding. Talvisalo is the name of the neighbourhood where the rink is located; Talvisalon is the genitive thereof. Talvi does indeed translate to English as 'winter', so technically speaking that was correctly translated. (Similarly, salo means 'wilderness' or 'forest' — although curiously, that wasn't translated, and was instead left as 'salon'.) However, names obviously don't need to be translated, and I've found no evidence that the rink is locally known by the 'Winter Salon' name (happy to be proven wrong, given a WP:RS reference!), hence the move. Think I got that wrong? Ping me! :) Cheers, --DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:53, 17 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
