The Golden Dawn bit edit

An official Golden Dawn website would be a reliable source of information on Golden Dawn practices, but this article is broader than that, so as a source it's not so much unreliable as irrelevant. If this article were to have an "In Golden Dawn practices" section, it would be relevant there, but not in the introduction. 107.4.45.152 (talk) 17:41, 26 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Forbidden superstitions edit

Why not say anything about the effectiveness of the spell and the critique and skepticism and scientific research on it, please add these sections — Preceding unsigned comment added by مهدی بهرامی مطلق (talkcontribs) 15:34, 25 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Should the Roman Catholic Rosary and Scapular be included? edit

These items are said to confer special powers to their wearers (indulgences, not needing last rites etc.) Would they then qualify as talismans? 203.46.132.214 (talk) 06:00, 15 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

If there is a reliable source explicitly describing them as talismans and giving sufficient context to write more than one sentence about it (consider whether it's important enough to the subject of talismans to be wp:duly mentioned here), yes, please include it in the article, citing the source.
