An editor deleted material on the basis of it not being "necessary." That is not the standard at WP. The material in question was appropriate. We know this not by a subjective feel, but by the fact that it is taken from RSs covering the subject of this article. It is therefore properly included.
Similarly, the See Also section is appropriate.
