A foundation is an organization. Organizations have headquarters, staff, mission statements, founding dates and so on. The present article describes an activity; I can't believe that's the only thing an organization with such a sweeping name does. Sources, please! --Alvestrand 22:46, 11 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Thanks for the post. This particular organization doesn't really have headquarters, and the staff is all volunteer. It turns over every year. I'll get someone else that is more knowledgeable on the topic to post. --iamwil
