Hoisanese terms edit

Shouldn't this also contain Hoi San dialect, in addition to Guangdonghua and Putonghua? 76.66.200.95 (talk) 06:26, 11 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

It does contain Hoisan wa dialect and Cantonese in the article. Mandarin is unnecessary since not many people in guangdong speak mandarin. It also does now contain hoisanese sayings, but they're called Sze Yup. Given that this reply was made 10 years ago, you probably won't respond. Just was to give an update. North American diaspora edit

Since North America's Chinatowns were created by the Hoisanese diaspora, there should be more in this article covering that, and the famous persons from that diaspora, instead of just focusing on Hong Kong. 76.66.200.95 (talk) 06:28, 11 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

needs serious attention edit

This article is lacking a lot of citations for the claims it's making. It also require heavy copyediting. The Verified Cactus 100% 16:17, 23 May 2017 (UTC)Reply

Toi San ngin? edit

I think this needs changing as the taishanese term 臺/台山人 is pronounced as: hoi San ngin not toisan ngin Hĭ uông lìng (talk) 16:30, 23 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
