Invalid examples edit
The examples in the article do not conform to RFC 4151. The RFC allows only internet domain names and email addresses as authority names, not URLs. Thus, "en.wikipedia.org" is a valid authority name, "en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Example" is not. The example has the additional problem that the authority name contains a colon, which creates ambiguity as to where the tagging entity ends.

- It's more a question of which applications support tag-URI. YAML is the best example. Doug Ewell (talk) 17:11, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
