Fair use rationale for Image:TVN.jpg

Image:TVN.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Using that, I translate your words as "Schedule, which stated in your article is completely bogus and untrue." New section - Controversies

I believe that this TV station deserves a section listing some of its main affairs. There are numerous controversies widely covered in Poland by other media outlets. To name a couple:

TVN staged Hitlers birthday party in the forest just to make a material about it and blame it on populist and nationalist government.

TVN reporters staged the scene outside of Police Station where they dumped lots of empty alcohol bottles into the bins belonging to police just to slander them and make a controversial material. They were caught red-handed on camera.

Those are just two examples but there are other cases. Over the next couple of weeks I'll be collecting the material and sources for this section. WalterMccan (talk) 22:19, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
