This article was deleted in 2007 September. See the preserved discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/TAKUYA∞. The current (2008 Sept. 5) re-entry appears to be the same article and therefore has the same problems of non-notability as the original / previous article.
Even after the bulk of the fanspam and irrelevant content was removed back in 2007, and the article had been reduced to a single sentence / stub,
- "TAKUYA∞ is the stage name of Takuya Shimizu (清水 琢也), a singer and composer/programmer in the Japanese band UVERworld."
the consensus at the time was that the subject was not notable outside of his affiliation with the band UVERworld and therefore a separate wikipedia article was not justified. Pugetbill (talk) 00:33, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
