A lot of dead links

Most of the references in this article have dead links now. For example the current references 1 through 5 and others are dead. Help fix this. Thanks. -Fnlayson (talk) 06:28, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

Here's some links on the T-129/T129 that might be alternate replacements: ATAK team outlines progress..., Turkey Finally Lands..., Turkey to starts mass production of ATAK... -Fnlayson (talk) 06:49, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
Good catch. TAI updadtes its site every so often, and the links always change. A-W either archives its news, or removes it entirely. IHJ looks likes it's being moved to the NY Times site - did the Times buy out Wash-Po's interest in IHJ? It looks that way. - BilCat (talk) 06:53, 20 December 2009 (UTC)
I started trying to find ref. 7 article on the vtol.org with no luck. Yea, it appears the NY Times owns International Herald Tribune or they share the same parent company now. Not having much luck searching on the NT times site at the moment either. -Fnlayson (talk) 07:21, 20 December 2009 (UTC)

"ATAK", meaning attack?

Real meaning of Atak is "readily deployable" or simply "daring", although(thanks to football terms) attack( which is saldırı, hücum in turkish)is gaining ground to be a borrow word. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.172.80.35 (talk) 18:56, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

Outline drawing of A129

The outline drawing is an old A129 and is misleading. The drawing shows a 4 bladed main rotor which is in contradiction to the description. I submit the suggestion that in this case it is better to have nothing than something that is clearly contradictory. Scott belzonitt (talk) 18:39, 21 February 2012 (UTC)

Yes, very true. I think we copied that over from the A129 article and left it as a placeholder. And it still has not been updated/changed. I added the caption to at least note about the rotor for now. -Fnlayson (talk) 20:29, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
