Proper Translation edit
The translations are similar but the order of the words change from Spanish to Emglish. Having worked for this organization, I can suggest that the articles be merged as suggested. BTW we always used System of Cooperation of the Air Forces of the Americas for the english version if that matters.

I don't think the translation of the SICOFAA acronym is accurate:
Cooperation System of the American Air Forces
should be
System of Cooperation Among the American Air Forces
