External links modified edit

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Synchronous programming language. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

CSP mentioned edit

I added a mentioning of CSP back in 2012. I have now edited that paragraph.

But I am in doubt whether it is in scope to mention CSP here. I tend to think both yes and no to this.

'Yes' because CSP does have deterministic choice (which also the occam and xC languages would have as their ALT and select), but also nondeterminstic choice (which is implemented in the select statement of Go). 'Yes' also because it is a contrast.

'No' because this deterministic choice plus (basically) synchronous channels do not make CSP (or languages derived from it) synchronous programming languages. Øyvind Teig (talk) 10:00, 9 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
