Pictures
editThis page could really use a picture. Could someone snap one, especially a swap body up on legs? Phasmatisnox 19:28, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
- Shall we/can we just use the pictures used in the German article? Niclas 09:10, 5 April 2010 (UTC)
CSC Exemption
editUnlike most conventional shipping containers, however, they are exempted from the International Convention for Safe Containers. Article 3(1) of the Recommendation on harmonised interpretation and implementation of the International Convention on Safe Containers from 1972 states:
- Swap bodies/that can be dismantled: it is agreed that the CSC does not have to be applied to containers known as swap bodies/ that can be dismantled and designed and used for carriage by road only or by road and rail and which are without stacking capability and top lift facilities.
If I could only find the correct link to this Recommendation. Anyone? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Niclas M. (talk • contribs) 15:08, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
