Cleanup or deletion required edit

This reads more like an article than a biography entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2405:204:D38B:BABD:7074:39C1:D302:A334 (talk) 18:03, 18 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

It mentions "Goenka". Which Goenka? Needs a citation / link. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.159.196.139 (talk) 06:07, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Is he an economist edit

Gurumurthy just likes to hit out others to draw attention. Suddenly he will release message in media stating that there is no Child Labour in India when in another day will talk about child labour in MNCs. He has gained acclaim by his glib talking among the Academic Communities, particularly the Deemed Universities. They invite him to the colleges to tell their students that all that have been taught to them by their teachers (particularly the Economic Teacher) as not correct! Students in any part of the world will like such presentation. This talk will be interposed with 'Swadeshi' talk but never he has come out with any practical alternatives. At the same he will never hesitate to take credit to things happening by itself (like Business Clusters, fall of Globalization).

This is a lazy and hostile biography edit

There is almost no information here about Gurumurthy, the person. To the writer, calling him a RSS "ideologue" - whatever that means - and relating him to Hindu nationalists - is more important than setting out his many original ideas. In fact, this is a highly original thinker rooted in Western thought, not in Hindutva or some hoary Hindu myths. Just because he finds Western anthropocentric, contract-based (as opposed to relationship-based) economic thought unsuitable for India or indeed for the world doesn't make him a nut or a Nazi. Please transfer this article to someone who understands Gurumurthy's work.Sooku (talk) 21:04, 9 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
