The way Wikipedia's routing is set up, there is no way for me to get to the page for Kristina Svechinskaya by typing in only her last name. I have to type in both names. It is INCONVENIENT but permissible if WikiP wants to take me to this page on "Svechinsky District" (even though I typed "-skaya", not "-sky" and have some alternative links at the top such as "for the hacker named [etc.], go to [etc.]". OR, it would take me to a disambiguation page first. It's inconvenient but permissible that the routing isn't that I get to her page FIRST when I type "Svechinskaya". What is IMPERMISSIBLE is that I can't get to her page IN ANY WAY from any page that I will get to typing "Svechinskaya". After typing in "Svechinskaya", my fingers already need ointments, salt baths, and masseuses to treat the keyboard-fatigue. And you're going to make me type "Kristina" as well. Go jump off a cliff, Wikipedia. Imagine how much WORSE my poor tired fingers feel after typing ALL OF THIS rebuke on this-here talk-page. I want compensation for pain and suffering, medical treatments for my fingers, and for my time. Who is the Wikipedia person who should be arrested and serve time in a Siberian labor-camp for this? Please let me have their name. I have such a GREAT NEED now for getting to Kristina Svechinskaya's page. I need to hire her, and have YOUR site hacked so totally that everything about it becomes perfect. This is not how routing is normally set up. It is true that when there is only one entity which is named with an adjective (such as a district), all three adjective forms (masculine, feminine, and neuter) redirect to it, because the entity's name might have been transliterated from different contexts, not all of which would have utilized the masculine form. However, when multiple name share the same name, as is the case here (both the district and the person have the same name, albeit in different genders), then a disambiguation page is normally set up, one that also collects the incoming links. What must have happened here is that the article about the person was overlooked when the districts were worked on. I've just corrected this by creating a disambig page at Svechinsky and redirecting alternative spelling/genders to it. That should ease your pain and suffering, alleviate the need for medical treatments, and hopefully save me some labor-camp time in Siberia. Furthermore, if you run into another situation like this one, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Customer satisfaction is, after all, our highest priority, and district talk pages tend not to be very well-monitored.
