I seriously doubt /r/ + /d/ → [ɖ] is a Svealand Swedish feature, it's a purely Standard Swedish one. Instead, Svealand Swedish has /r/ + /d/ → /ɽ/, i.e., the result is a retroflex flap. (Colloquially known as a thick l in Swedish since the letter l is often pronounced /ɽ/ in Svealand Swedish.)
