I have just done some restructuring of this page, trying to make it more inline with the Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style_(Sanitation). Also there was a chunk of text talking about the sanitation crisis in general. This is not needed here as it is already included in the page on sanitation, open defecation and on the page of the Joint_Monitoring_Programme_for_Water_Supply_and_Sanitation. I have also tried to make the difference between sustainable sanitation and ecosan clearer. EvM-Susana (talk) 10:10, 27 March 2015 (UTC)Reply

Improvement options edit

What evidence outside of the linked Wiki articles are there to back up the information under "Sustainability Criteria"? Hi Sakura727, yes, good questions. If you do a bit of a literature search you'll probably find other publications which you could quote from to enrich/expand this Wikipedia article.EMsmile (talk) 06:07, 2 November 2020 (UTC)Reply
