Fair use rationale for Image:Sur93poster.jpg edit

Image:Sur93poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

GA Review edit

This review is transcluded from Talk:Survivor Series (1993)/GA1. The edit link for this section can be used to add comments to the review.

Hi, I will be reviewing this article for GA. I feel that I cut my teeth on the first wrestling article of yours and will have much less trouble with this one. All in all, it looks very good.

  • Sorry I wikilinked kayfabe in your article. Even though I did a search, I did not find that you had already linked it above. It may not be harmful to have some of these obscure (to me) wrestling terms wikilinked more than once.
    • Makes sense, instead of expecting the reader to go back to find the wikilink. GaryColemanFan (talk) 21:48, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • I am wondering if sharpshooter should be capitalized as in the body of the article it is capitalized, but in the chart below it is not.
    • It is always capitalized on the WWE website, so I capitalized it in the chart. GaryColemanFan (talk) 21:48, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • Perhaps you should mention in the lead that this was thought to be the most boring wrestling event ever, as that seems distinctive.
I will add more comments after I read through it more. —Mattisse (Talk) 23:10, 14 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • "writing for 411mania.com" - shouldn't the name of a website be in italics?
  • It might be helpful to shorten the size of some of the long paragraphs for readability. For example, the first paragraph under Background could be split in two.
    • I split up some of the longer paragraphs in the background section. GaryColemanFan (talk) 21:48, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for reviewing the article. I look forward to any further comments or suggestions, as you have been very helpful with both articles. GaryColemanFan (talk) 21:48, 15 September 2008 (UTC)Reply
